Vienna-Heiligenstadt, Pfarrplatz. - In 1817 the composer lived in house no. 2 (then as now an inn), on the first floor of the left wing of the building. The musical quotation shows the beginning of Piano Sonata No. 26 op. 81a "Les Adieux", composed in 1809/1810.
